What size are the square tiles?
Image tiles are 8" x 8". Base tiles are slightly smaller.
What are the clips made from?
All clips are made with PLA, a poly plastic made from renewable resources such as corn starch, sugar cane, or cassava. PLA is biodegradable, renewable, and recyclable.
What type of paper are image tiles printed on?
Prints are made on satin photo paper.

How do I hang my Pelemento?
Please refer to our Instructions for the step by step process.
Will hanging a Pelemento do damage to my wall?
Hanging or taking down a Pelemento should do no damage to your wall if removed according to instructions. See adhesive tab removal instructions.
Do I have to use the base tiles or can I hang the image tiles on their own?
The tiles are designed to be used together. Hanging image tiles without the base tile installed first will result in a less stable product and will also reduce the versatility of the Pelemento.

What if I don't see the size I am looking for?
If you're looking for a custom size on any image in The Elements Collection, please reach out to our team at hello@pelemento.com with the desired image and size.
Do you have any other images (photos or illustrations) I can order?
We are always on the lookout for more images to add to our product collection. If you don't see what you're looking for, reach out and share your vision with us. We will determine if we can work with you to find the perfect image for your space.

Tracking information will be sent to you after your purchase so you may track the progress of your order.
Can I order replacement image tiles?
Yes. If one or more image tiles sustains damage, we are glad to reprint individual images for a minimal fee, plus shipping. Contact us if replacement images are needed.
Art Work
What kinds of images can I use for my Pelemento?
Photographs, illustrations, graphic designs, scanned images, etc. Any image that you own or own the rights to is fair game! Be sure to consider our recommendations for photo enlargement to determine if your image is suitable for enlargement.
Can I just save an image from the web and use it?
Unfortunately, no. To protect artists, we can only print images that you own or have permission to use. If the image is consider Public Domain, we do have permission to print and sell it.
